It operates with the native drivers of your Operating system. Please try the following steps to resolve this issue:A. Please uninstall the SetPoint software by clicking on Start Control Panel | Programs and Features | Click on SetPoint software | Click on remove to uninstall the software from your system.B. Connect the mouse to the internal Bluetooth stack present on your system and check if the mouse is working properly. If the mouse is working properly then continue using the mouse for 1 or 2 days and check if the mouse is working properly. If the issue persists even after uninstalling the SetPoint software then you need to contact the Bluetooth stack vendor for further assistance in this regards.
