ST-LAB U-142(3) je USB 2.0 řadič s PCI rozhraním. Je vhodný pro starší základní desky, které rychlé USB 2.0 rozhraní nenabízejí, nebo pokud máte USB portů nedostatek. Má pět USB portů - čtyři jsou externí (na zadní straně počítače) a jeden je interní.
Použit je čip NEC 101, který vyhovuje specifikacím USB 2.0, EHCI a OHCI 1.0. Podporuje rychlosti 1Mb/s, 12Mb/s i 480Mb/s (Low/Full/High).
